I have a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and have studied Neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory,CBT and DBT.

I currently volunteer with NHS Counselling Services in Lambeth

My life experience is working with alcohol addiction, cancer and in high profile, high pressure environments with work-related stress.

I am also LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Akeesha Perera

I have a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and have studied Behavioural Therapy, CBT, Gestalt, Interpersonal, Person- centred, Psychodynamic and Transactional analysis

My experience is with Anxiety, Cultural issues, Depression, Identity issues, Personal development, Relationships, Self-Esteem, Spirituality, Stress and Women's issues.

I also offer sessions in Sinhala.
